Blade Repair Technician Irata 3/ EU

About the role

You will not only perform advanced blade repair works at height but also take responsibility for supervising rope access operations, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting less experienced technicians on site.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out advanced wind turbine blade inspections and repairs (composite structures, leading edge, trailing edge, erosion, cracks)
  • Perform rope access operations in accordance with IRATA standards
  • Supervise rope teams and ensure safe systems of work at height
  • Lead risk assessments and enforce HSE procedures on site
  • Support planning and execution of repair scopes
  • Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
  • Produce clear and accurate job reports and documentation
