About the role

You will be responsible for performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work on wind turbine blades at height using rope access techniques. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect wind turbine blades for damage and defects
• Perform composite repairs (e.g. cracks, erosion, leading edge damage)
• Carry out surface preparation, sanding, filling, and finishing work
• Work safely at height using rope access methods
• Follow strict HSE procedures and technical guidelines
• Report completed work and findings to supervisors
