That's why our goal is to make the process as clear and smooth as possible and help you understand what comes next at every stage.
π What does the recruitment process look like?
1. HR onboarding & documentation πΌ
Once you enter our recruitment process, our HR team will guide you through the formalities.
We will collect the necessary documents from you and make sure everything is ready before you move forward.
You don't need to worry about figuring everything out yourself β we will guide you through the process step by step.
2. Contract & joining the team π₯
Once your contract is signed, we inform the relevant teams that you are joining us.
From that moment, you are already part of our MWS family.
Our Project Coordinators will provide you with the contact details of the relevant departments and people, so you know exactly who to contact from day one. You will also receive access to the relevant application for ordering your PPE.
3. Individual training plan π
As a rookie technician, this is an important part of your journey.
Our Project Coordinators will work with you individually to understand your current qualifications and experience and determine what you need before starting on the project.
We will review:
Which qualifications and certificates you already have
Which trainings are still required
What additional training you need for your specific role
What you need to be fully prepared to work safely on site
We will then organize the required training and coordinate the next steps with you.
4. Travel & project preparation βοΈ
