Job Description – Rope Access Technician (Industrial / Offshore / Wind Experience)

We are looking for a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team working on industrial, offshore, or wind energy projects.

In this role, you will perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at height using rope access techniques, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out rope access operations for industrial, offshore, or wind turbine structures
• Perform inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation work at height
• Assist with blasting, painting, coating, welding support, or mechanical tasks depending on project scope
• Set up, inspect, and maintain rope access equipment and systems
• Work in compliance with IRATA/SPRAT standards and company procedures
• Conduct pre-use checks of all rope access and safety equipment
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Complete task documentation, reports, and risk assessments as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on-site
• Support rescue operations if required as part of trained procedures
