Wind Turbine Technician with Siemens Experience (Worldwide Projects)
We are looking for experienced Wind Turbine Technicians with Siemens experience to join our international projects worldwide.
This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments across multiple countries, supporting the installation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of wind turbine systems while contributing directly to the expansion of renewable energy globally.
This position operates on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule, providing the opportunity to gain international experience while maintaining regular time at home between assignments.
About the Role
The Wind Turbine Technician is responsible for performing technical activities on wind turbines, ensuring all work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Working as part of an international team, the successful candidate will support the delivery of wind energy projects around the world, helping to maximize turbine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on wind turbines.
Support commissioning and operational activities according to project requirements.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults.
Execute technical interventions following OEM procedures and safety standards.
Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, and work instructions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements at all times.
Report technical findings and completed work accurately and in a timely manner.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient project delivery.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
Previous experience in Siemens projects is mandatory.
Electrical or Mechanical academic background is considered an advantage.
English language skills with a minimum level of B1/B2.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively within international and multicultural teams.
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally according to project needs.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
